Peer-to-Peer VOD Model Based on Serve Window

This paper propose a Peer-to-Peer VOD model based on serve window,which efficiently resolved the problem of the balance of streaming media server's loading ability among the streams,consider the mechanism of bandwidth obligator to deal with the paroxysmal connection requests.The simulation result indicate that this model have a higher bandwidth using rate.
