摘要
A model-free control scheme is proposed for a surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SMPMSM) drive system with parametric uncertainties and inverter nonlinearity. Using only the input and output data of system, the ultra-local model of SMPMSM system is first set up and the proposed ultra-local model is able to accurately identify the nonparametric model of SMPMSM system with the unknown parts including the parametric uncertainties, inverter nonlinearity and cross-coupling voltages, then the model-free current controller is designed based on the ultra-local model. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is implemented in both the simulations and experiments, further, the comparative analysis between the proposed model-free controlled SMPMSM drive system and the conventional PI controlled SMPMSM drive system is given and some valuable conclusions are shown.
