Empirical Analysis about Choice of Relationship Governance or Contract Governance in Medium and Small-sized Family-owned Firm

Governance model was determined by scale of the contractual governance and relational governance in the medium and small-sized family-owned firm. We put the governance mode divided into four types: weak contractual governance weak relational governance, weak contractual governance strong relational governance, strong contractual governance weak relational governance, and strong contractual governance strong relational governance. Based on setting variables,we investigated owners of the medium and small-sized family-owned firm,by using the survey data, empirical analysis is conducted.
