Treatment for postoperative complication of hepatic vascular chemotherapy pump (An analysis of 36 cases)

Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of the postoperative complication of hepatic vascular chemotherapy pump.Methods Nine hundred and twenty patients were treated by chemotherapy pump for at least one year after operation.Thirty two cases appear different complication,which were received different treatment.Results Thirty two cases were common complication (pipe obstruction 17 cases,out of place 8 cases,drug leakage 7 cases).Four cases were rare complication.Conclusion During the operation and postoperative,All complication can be avoided if operating rules be followed and skilled puncturing technology be adopted.
