A New Method for Simultaneous Determination Cinnamaldehyde and Benzaldehyde in Cassia Oil

In this paper,a new analytical method based on the double-wavelength spectrophotometry for simultaneously determining the contents of cinnamaldehyde and benzaldehyde in cassia oil was developed.The linear relationships btween the concentration and the absorbance were A=0.1089x-0.0014,A=0.1442x-0.0006,for benzaldehyde and cinnamaldehyde,respeetively.
