Influencing factors of oximation efficiency using hydroxylamine-cyclohexanone process and their improvements

The principles and process of cyclohexanone oximation in hydroxylamine-cyclohexanone process were introduced.Influencing factors such as temperature,feed-in distribution of cyclohexanone,pH value of buffer solution and pulse speed were discussed in detail.After some improvement measures were put forward and applied according to these factors,the efficiency of oximation reaction was increased.
