New Recovery Process for Zinc Hydrometallurgy Ni-Co-Bearing Purification Slag

Ni-Co-bearing purification slag from zinc hydrometallurgy was leached by full hydrometallurgy and Zi-Co was separated with activating agent to recover cobalt.The results show that the zinc leaching rate is above 98% with recovery rate of above 95% under the following optimum two-stage leaching processes including leaching temperature of 70℃,leaching time of 1.5h,ratio of liquid to solid of 4∶1, pH of the end of first leaching stage of 4.5~5.0,pH of the end of second leaching stage of under 0.5.
