Transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia 1134 cases of clinical experience

Objective To investigate the transurethral treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients.Methods 1 134 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)surgery.Results The time of 30～ 80min,an average of 50 min;average hospital stay was 5～10 d;without transurethral resection syndrome(TURS)and death cases.Conclusion TURP BPH satisfactory outcome,trauma,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery.
