Objective: To study the relationship of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Method: 120 children in our hospital with recurrent respiratory tract infections were selected from November 2013 to November 2014, the clinical data of all patients were retrospective analysed,MP-lg M were detected by particle agglutination method,MP-DNA were tested by polymerization enzymatic chain reaction method, the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children were detailed analysis.Result:In 120 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections, 52 cases of MP-lg M positive, positive rate was 43.33%;64 cases of MP-DNA positive, positive rate was 53.33%, accompanied with the growth of the age,MP-lg M and MP-DNA positive rate would gradually rise.In different infection parts of children, the upper respiratory tract infection positive rate was the lowest and pneumonia infection positive rate was highest in MP-lg M positive rate, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);pneumonia infection positive rate was lowest and upper respiratory tract infection positive rate was highest in MP-DNA positive detection rate, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The ages of 2-7 years old children with higher of MP-lg M and MP-DNA positive rate who enter the nursery school will be active in public places and have more collective activities, therefore should pay more attention to such children protection.
