Clinical analysis of 17 cases with cardiovascular system complication following mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Objective To study the clinical character of cardiovascular system damaged following adult mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods The clinicaldata of 93 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were diagnosed by ELISA(MP IgM≥1∶80)and cold agglutionation test(≥1∶32)was analyzed retrospectively.Results There were cardiovascular system damaged complications in 17 patients of 93 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,the percentage was 18.28%.The 11 patients had been improved after received macrolide drugs and cardiac muscle therapied.Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection not only can cause mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,but also can damage cardiovascular system.We should pay attention to it.
