摘要
ABSTRACT To date, the COVID‐19 pandemic continues to exhibit significant transmissibility and impact. In order to explore the role of rumors in the epidemic and construct a dual‐path infectious disease model under the influence of rumors, we divided the susceptible population into two categories, one of which is the rumor‐susceptible population (H). Based on this distinction, the SHEIR model was constructed to adjust the infection rate by incorporating the impact of rumor transmission. First, we examined the SHEIR model's basic reproduction number, confirmed the existence of equilibria, determined the local and global stability of these equilibria simulations, and confirmed the theoretical results. Additionally, sensitivity analysis highlighted the influence of various parameters on epidemic dynamics, particularly under the impact of rumors. Use complex networks to simulate the propagation of SHEIR model, and the validity of the SHEIR model was verified by comparison with actual epidemic data from Jiangsu Province.
