Landscape Design Concepts for Restaurants in Avros Park

Abstract Restaurants are a popular culinary business that has spread across the world. Effective landscape design in restaurants is critical to creating a pleasant environment and increasing the customer experience. Avros Park is a highly desirable area for restaurant development. The aims of this study are to assess the suitability of facilities and landscapes and to design proposed existing facilities and landscapes at Avros Park Restaurant that comply with Minister of Tourism Regulation No. 4 of 2021. The research used a qualitative methodology. Interviews with the management of Avros Park, field observations, document studies, and book reviews are among the data collection techniques used. The study’s findings indicate that one criterion had not been met in the assessment for facility and landscape compatibility under Ministry of Tourism Regulation No. 4 of 2021, indicating that there was still opportunity for development at Avros Park, especially at the basic wastewater treatment facility. The proposed modifications to existing facilities and landscapes at Avros Park Restaurant are changing the stage layout, changing the chair layout, and adding separate trash can facilities, as well as installing a light fire extinguisher to avoid fires, adding outdoor lighting, and signage to make it easier for visitors.
