摘要
Abstract High aspect ratio single-crystalline CdSe micrometer rods with a uniform and smooth surface texture are synthesized via γ-ray irradiation at 170 °C. The length of the rods and the diameter of the CdSe micrometer rods are about tens micron and 240–300 nm, respectively.
