The status quo of purification and impurities removal of As,Sb,Bi in copper electrolyte

In the process of copper electrolysis,as the detrimental impurities play a vital effect on the quality of cathode copper that concentrate in the electrolyte increasingly by way of electrochemical dissolution from crude copper,it has a significant meaning to purify the electrolyte in time.In this paper,the behavior and effect of impurities as As,Sb,Bi in the process of copper electrolysis was elucidated,and the present situation on varieties of methods for impurities removal was introduced.Moreover,the future development for copper electrolyte purification was prospected.
