In order to improve the surface wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 27SiMn steel.Fe302 self-fluxing alloy powder and the mixture powder of Fe302,B4C and La2O3 were cladded on 27SiMn steel by flame cladding.The microstructure of coating was analyzed using XJL-02A optical microscope.Micro hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance were also measured.The results show that the metallurgical combination is formed between coating and substrate.The microstructure consists of planar crystal,cellular dendrite,coarse columnar dendrites and fine equiaxed crystal.With the addition of 1% La2O3,5% B4C in Fe302 powder,the microstructure of coating becomes finer,the micro hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance are higher than those of Fe302 coating.
