The Financing Problem of SMEs—Implications from the Financial Supply Chain

The financing of small and medium- sized enterprises is a serious problem in China's economic development. Our country is in the process of adjustment and transition of economic structure,so it is a pressing matter to solve SME financing difficulty. Based on the analysis of present situation of SMEs' financing and its reasons,this paper discusses the advantages and potential risks of the financial supply chain in solving the difficulty of SME financing. As a result,it provides a new idea for financial supply chain to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises.
