摘要
The static anti-scaling method was carried out to validate the scale inhibition performance of six organic phosphonic acids,i.e.ATMP、HEDP、EDTMP、DTPMP、HPAA and PBTC.The effect of temperature and dosage of organic phosphonic acid on its scale inhibition capacity was investigated.It shows that organic phosphonic acids have better resistance to temperature and have good scale inhibition performance on CaCO3.At the same temperature,the scale inhibition rate increases gradually with increase in scale inhibitor concentration,however,there is a threshold effect.The scale inhibition mechanism was studied by scan electron microscopy.
