Overview of Food Safety Traceability System

Along with the explosion of the food safety quality problem of such as mad cow disease, manufacturers, consumer and governments have concerned to the food quality and the safe problem deeply, the safe trust food trace-ability system appear gradually which are used to work out the safe problem of food quality and resume consumer's trust of the food quality .For promoting and optimizing food safety traceability system design and development, this paper can be traced back system, meaning the application of key technologies and systems to sum up, in order to provide a reference related to system development and design.
