Objective:To investigate the effect of octreotide on the anti-inflammation and immunoregulation for patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods:A total of 60patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment, and those in experimental group were treated with the conventional treatment and intravenous octreotide injection. Results:Compared with control group, the endogenic inflammatory factors including serum TNF-αand IL-6were significantly decreased and the immunoglobulin including IgG and IgM were significantly increased inexperimental group(P0.05).Conclusion:Octreotide has obvious anti-inflammatory effect and could up-regulate the immune function, which is helpful for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
