Research on Governance Mechanism of Innovation Networks Based on the Perspective of Social Network Embeddedness

Innovation network is a solution of innovation complexity,and whether the network members can acquire the synergy effects that the innovation network can bring depends on its effective governance.The social factors of economic activities play an active role in the governance of innovation network as it can become a kind of formal governance mechanism.Moreover,on the basis of this classical analysis framework:structural embeddedness and relationships embeddedness,this paper discusses the influence of social factors on the governance of innovation network.
