Determination of Fluconazole in the Fluconazole Tablets by Diffuse Reflectance FTIR

Diffuse reflectance FTIR was used to determination of fluconazole in the fluconazole tablets. The content of fluconazole could be obtained respectively,and the relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of fluconazole is linear. The average recovery of fluconazole is 100.23%,and RSD is 5.19%. This method is simple,fast and reliable. It has been proved to be a good method for determination of fluconazole in the fluconazole tablets.
