Research Progress on Flavonoid of the Plant Secondary Metabolites

Flavonoid is a great kind of compound that exist abroadly in the nature,mainly in altitude plant.The structure,function,extracting method and important influence factors,including microelement,illumination,growth regulator,synthetic former body of flavonoid and biology factor,of the plant flavonoid production during the cell cultivating were discussed,as well as the biosynthesis of flavonoid and increasing flavonoid content by transferring gene of key enzyme phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and Chalcone synthase during biosynthesis of flavonoid.The present research of mulberry flavonoid was expounded and the hotspots of the domain were prospected too.
