The improvement of determining the total calcium of bleaching powder using formic acid to remove effective chlorine

Proposed a new method of the direct determination of the total calcium quantity in bleaching powder after using the formic acid to remove effective chlorine,the effects of formic acid dosage and reaction time were studied.The relative standard deviation was 0.072%,the result of this method was consistent with iodimetry method.
