摘要
Objective: To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance situation of 102 patients with operation incision infection. Methods: 102 patients with operation incision infection diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2013 were selected as research object, and the incision secretion pathogenic bacteria of 102 patients were detected, then the distribution of pathogenic bacteria was analyzed, and the drug resistance situation of pathogenic bacteria was investigated. Results: 98pathogenic bacteria were detected from 102 patients, and the detection rate of Gram- positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria were both higher than that of fungus, and the detection rate of Gram-positive bacteria was higher than that of Gram-negative bacteria, and their drug resistance for the common antibiotics were all higher, all P0.05,there was all significant differences. Conclusion: The Gram-positive bacteria is the main pathogenic bacteria of 102 patients with operation incision infection, and their drug resistance for the common antibiotics are all high.
