Study of the Manufacturing Technology of Wheat Straw Self-bonding Flake Boards

With wheat strawas the rawmaterials,self-bonding flake boards can be produced with two different methods,the laccase water-forming processing and the dry-forming processing,and the effect of hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing time and hot pressure on the physical and mechanical properties of flake boards is studied.The experimental result shows: the main factor influencing the physical properties of wheat straw self-bonding flake boards is hot-pressing temperature;the physical properties of the flake boards produced with the water-forming processing are better than with dry-forming processing;the optimal process parameters for the laccase water-forming processing are laccase amount 43.6U/g,moisture content 10%,hot-pressing temperature 170℃,hot-pressing pressure 3~4MPa and hot-process time 20~25min.
