Plan of Incentive Paying and Performance Management

We can view the relation between the operators and the employees as the principal and the agent. So, analyses the behavior of the operators and the employees and induces the best qualification for the plan of incentive paying. With this understanding, we propose that we should induce the plan of incentive paying and strengthen the performance management.
