Experimental study of pathological changes of myocardial ischemia reperfusion at ultra-early stage

Objective To investigate the pathological changes of myocardial ischmia reperfusion at ultra-early stage.Method The models of myocardial ischmia reperfusion in rat was prepared,and the pathological changes in samples of myocardial ischemia reperfusion in diferent times were observed.Results Edma and atypical wavilness changes were found in cadiocytes of ischemia region,when the ischemic duration was 15 minutes.Typical wavilness changes and edma cardiocytes became evident at the ischemic duration 30 and 45 minutes.When the occluded anterior descending branch was reopened,blood cells werw founded myocardial interstitium,and the quantity was correlated with reperfusion duration.Conclusion The pathological changes of myocardial ischemia reperfusion of different durations have its own specialties.
