Analysis on the Characteristics of Inorganic Elements in Dioscorea opposita Thunb.

To investigate the characteristics of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.,inorganic elements presented in the same variety of Dioscorea opposita in the different producing areas were analyzed.The analyses on the inorganic elements of soil and Dioscorea opposita were made by ICP-AES.The enrichment ability and the content of inorganic elements were different in the different producing areas; the contents of Cu, Nb and Ga were the highest and the enrichment ability of P, Sr, Zn, Cu, K and Na was beyond that in the Dioscorea opposita in the nonauthentic producing areas.
