Studies on positive active materials of Li-ion battery

Advantages and disadvantages of lithium cobalt oxide,lithium nickel oxide and lithium manganese oxide used as the positive active material of Li ion battery were discussed.Structure changes of these oxides during charge and discharge were analysed.Some of physical and chemical performances of a commercial lithium manganese oxide were determined.Cobalt-doped lithium manganese oxides were synthesized and their performances were studied.A new kind of lithium manganese oxide with stable structure was synthesized.
