摘要
Since 2016, the short video platform has developed rapidly, making it a new traffic gathering place.Government affairs short video accounts have also been settled.With the government affairs vibrato as a typical representative, more and more party and government organs and institutions use short videos to publish information and interactive exchanges[1].This paper discusses the background and current situation of the rise of government short videos, and discusses the dilemmas it faces; compared with social media such as government affairs Weibo and government Affairs WeChat, government short videos show different development trends due to differences in functional positioning, personnel level and communication methods.Finally, this paper puts forward targeted policy suggestions for accelerating the development of short videos on government affairs and providing government services for the public.
