摘要
Intelligent maintenance of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment is an important part of the construction of intelligent mine, which is a major change of equipment maintenance management mode. With the continuous development of equipment fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance technology, it has gradually spread in many fields. There are many faults occurring frequently owing to the mine mechanical and electrical equipment with the characteristics of great variety, large volume, complex structure, bad working environment and so on. Researches on fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of mining electromechanical equipment are of great significance to ensure the reliable operation of equipment, coal mine safety production and personnel safety. This paper introduces the research status of diagnosis and predictive maintenance of mining electromechanical equipment, summarizes the outstanding progress and typical achievements, analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings, and finally puts forward some thoughts on the development trend of the research.
