The humoral immune response in immunity organ of chicks fed with probiotics.

The dynamic changes of the humoral immunity in immune organs of chicks fed with probiotics were investigated.The number of IgG producing cells in thymus,bursa of Fabricius and spleen increased to various extent following chicks were fed probiotics,as compared with those of control chicks.The number of IgM,IgA producing cells in bursa of fabricius and spleen reached the highest on 7th day,and the number of IgG producing cells in bursa of fabricius and spleen reached the highest on 10th day after fed with probiotics.These results showed that humoral immunity could be enhanced by probiotics.
