Study of the Refractory Properties of two Andhra Clays

Two clays from two localities in the Andhra State have been studied from the point of view of their being used in the refractories industry. Their physical, chemical, pyrochemical and refractory properties have been studied. Resulta of the study of the refractory bodies have also been given. It has been found that one of The two clays investigated is less siliceous and is more suitable for refractory purposes than the other.
