摘要
This paper presents a millimeter-wave wireless communication system based on photo-electric combination technology. This system achieves a transmission rate of up to 7Gbps and a wireless transmission distance of 1.2 kilometers at W-band (75-110GHz) using the method of intensity modulation and direct detection. As a practical application, a naked-eye 3D video with 3Gbps transmission rate is used as the baseband signal for transmission and at the receiving end the video images are restored perfectly.
