摘要
Dietary fibre is a type of carbohydrate that can't be digested by using our bodies ’enzymes. It is found in edible plant foods such as cereals, fruits, vegetables, dried peas, nuts, lentils and grains. Fibre is grouped by its physical properties is called soluble, insoluble or resistant starch. Findings advise that excessive compliance with a lowfat, high-fiber food plan is related to decreased threat of colorectal cancer recurrence. Fiber may additionally help protect towards breast cancer, an effect noted mainly with intake of whole grains and wheat bran.
