A new metal–organic framework constructed from cationic nodes and cationic linkers for highly efficient anion exchange

with cationic linkers. FJI-Y6 exhibits highly efficient anion exchangeability. For example, Acid orange 7, with a single negative charge and which cannot be adsorbed effectively by previously reported MOFs, is captured and released rapidly by FJI-Y6.
