Hydrothermal Dissolution of Cellulose and Following Enzymatic Hydrolysis

Cellulose was dissolved into hot compressed water at 280 oC and 10 MPa which was further treated by enzymatic hydrolysis at 35 oC for 24 h by cellulase and ß­glucosidase. Dissolved cellulose was hydrolyzed faster than cellulose powder by enzymatic hydrolysis.
