Content determination of quercetin in Folium Loropetali

Objective To study a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of Quercetin in Folium Loropetali.Methods The C18 column,mixture of acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid(32:68)as mobile phase and UV detection at 360 nm were used for the determination.Results Quercetin was better in linear correlation between 0.06～0.62 μg(r=0.999 9),the recovery rate was 98.18%,RSD=1.97%.Conclusion The method is very stable and accurate and has good reappearance.which can be used for quality control of Folium Loropetali.
