NanoXplorer:an Engineering Software for Nanodevice Design

NanoXplorer,released in 2003 by NanoTITAN Inc,is a novel nanodevice design software.The paper intro- duced GUI(Graph User Interface),function modules and features of NanoXplorer are introduced.In addition,molecular gun,a nanodevice based on NanoXplorer designed by us own,is given as well.The paper is helpful for readers to use the nanodevice design software and understand its application.
