The sulfurized isobutylene was synthesized with sulfur and isobutylene as reactants and ammonia as catalyst in a batch reactor.The specific structure and the composition of sulfurized isobutylene were characterized by using FT-IR,Raman spectra and MS-GC,and the GC method to measure the content of each lumped component was established.The product distribution of the sulfurized isobutylene synthesis was investigated at the reaction time range of 0-180 min and temperature range of 160-200℃.From the experimental results,a simplified reaction network of sulfurized isobutylene synthesis,and three parallel kinetic models were proposed.The parameters of the kinetic models were obtained by the linear curve fitting.The reliability of the models was verified by a statistical test.The proposed kinetic models can lay a foundation for comprehensive analysis of olefin vulcanization process and further reactor design.
