Efficacy of Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories Combined Fluconazole Treated with Recurrent VVC

Objective To analyze the efficacy of miconazole nitrate suppositories combined fluconazole treated with recurrent VVC.Methods All 100 cases with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC) were divided into control group and observation group from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital.The control group was given clotrimazole suppositories,the observation group was given miconazole nitrate suppositories combined fluconazole.Results The cure rate of the observation group treated after 1 week was 50.00%,total effective rate was 96.00%,significantly higher(P0.05).The cure rate of two groups after 1 month treatment was significantly improved than the cure rate after 1 week and cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole combined miconazole nitrate suppositories treatment of recurrent VVC is effective,safe,good,worthy of clinical application.
