摘要
【Objective】To optimize the extraction technique for total alkaloids from Nigella glandulifera Freyn.by EtOH.【Method】Using Box-Behnke central composite design and Minitab the results were analyzed.【Result】The optimal techniques,by which the alkloids were extracted from Nigella glandulifern Freyn were determined,the optimun conditions were EtOH density of 69%,the ratio of bittermelon to solvent was 10 mL/g,extracting temperature was 83℃ and extracting time was 160 min.Under these conditions the extraction rate of total alkaloid could be up to 3.89 mg/g.【Conclusion】The method can optimize the the extraction technique for total alkaloids from Nigella glandulifera Freyn.
