Eliminate the Interference of Method by Flocculation and Sedimentation for the Determination of Ammonia

Coagulation-Nessler reagent colorimetric determination of ammonia is widely used because of its simple,sensitive,flocculation and sedimentation pretreatment method is not easy to grasp,likely to cause part of the determination results deviation in the analysis of the bulk.Tested by adding quantitative acid to the supernatant after flocculation and sedimentation can effectively eliminate flocculation precipitation error to make it more accurate measurement results.
