Biomechanical Comparison of Effects of Different Types of Deep-jump on High Jump and Long Jump

The article employed documentary and date statistics,made an experiment on 24 grade two high jumpers.It combined kinematics and kinetics principles to test these jumpers' deep-jump long jump,vertical-jump high jump,and take-off in doing both long jump and high jump,and analysed the inherent relation among the four techniques so as to provide theoritical basis for adopting proper jump technique in high jump and long jump training.
