[Objective] to investigate the level of antibiotic residues in pork and beef in Shijiazhuang city.[Methods]Chromatography method was applied to detect residual levels of terram ycin,tetracycline and aureomycin in samples of beef and pork.[Results] Of the 50 samples of pork,the detection for oxytetracycline,tetracycline and chlortetracycline are 32,39 and 22 respectively.Of the 10 samples of beef,the detection for oxytetracycline,tetracycline and chlortetracycline are 6,3 and 6 respectively.[Conclusion]Market sales of pork,beef all have residual antibiotics,It should be paid more attention by whole society
