Study on Cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii with Residue of Pleurotus ostreatus

Taking residue of Pleurotus ostreatus as test material,the cultivating Pleurotus eryngii with different proportions of residue of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.The results showed that cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii with residue of Pleurotus ostreatus,the average growth of hypha of Pleurotus eryngii was fast,the speed was 2.275 mm/d.Comprehensive considerations of yield,profit and cost,the addition amount scale of residue of Pleurotus ostreatus in training materials was 29%～78%.
