Simultaneous Determination of Trace Elements in Herb and Carbonic Herb of Oxytropis Falcata by ICP-AES

Objective:To investigate trace elements in herb and carbonic herb of Oxytropis falcata.Methods:Oxytropis falcata herb and its carbonic herb were extracted in water decocting.Subsequently,the content of eleven elements was determined and compared by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES).Results:After being processed,the content of calcium in Oxytropis falcata carbonic herb increased,while those of other ten elements investigated all decreased in different degrees.Conclusion:After being processed,the content of eleven elements in Oxytropis falcata changed markedly.
