전자선하증권에 관한 고찰

Under the system of the paper Bill of Lading, the goods are to be delivered at port of destination only against the presentation of the document. However, the advent of speedier ships and containerized processing makes system be in trouble because the goods shipped arrive at port of destination than the paper Bill of Lading. The Bolero Bill of Lading(BBL) under the Bolero System is launched as a solution of problems of bill of lading. The object of this paper is to probe this electronic bill of lading, and to accept the domestic stipulations on the electronic bill of lading which involves the Bolero Bill of Lading in Korea Commerce Code. The second chapter investigates basic sense of electronic Bill of Lading. The third chapter covers the general aspect of electronic Bill of Lading, Especially, this chapter examines legal character of electronic Bill of Lading. Finally The forth chapter proposes for electronic Bill of Lading(Bolero System) in order to reflect in Korea Commerce Code.
