Serum-Free Suspension Adaptation of HEK-293T Cells: Basis for Large-Scale Biopharmaceutical Production

HIGHLIGHTS Adaptation of HEK-293T cells to suspension and serum-free conditions was performed. During the whole process, kinetic and metabolic parameters were evaluated. HEK-293T adaptation is an important step for GMP-compliant biopharmaceutical production.
