摘要
Monitoring waterborne pathogens with high specificity and sensitivity is critical for public health and environmental safety. Herein, we developed a ratiometric electrochemical biosensing platform utilizing aptamer recognition-triggered, enzyme-free catalytic hairpin assembly-assisted signal amplification for the ultrasensitive detection of AFB1 in water bodies.
